1. Usage and dosage of cationic polyacrylamide
When used for sludge dehydration, the recommended concentration of cationic polyacrylamide is 0.2%, and the recommended dissolving and stirring time is 50 minutes. But before going on the machine, a small test is required to determine the best ratio. It is recommended to take 100ml of sewage samples, and inject 0.5ml of cationic polyacrylamide solution with a syringe each time. Constantly stir and observe, check the sewage flocculation effect, flocculation speed, supernatant liquid condition, sedimentation effect, etc., and determine the best dosage.
2. Dosage and usage of anionic polyacrylamide
When used for flocculation and sedimentation in sewage treatment, the recommended concentration ratio is 0.1%, the stirring time is generally 40 minutes, and the speed is controlled at 40-60 rpm. But before going on the machine, it is recommended to do a small test to determine the best ratio. It is recommended to take 100ml of sewage sample, inject 0.5ml of anionic polyacrylamide solution into a syringe each time and keep stirring to check the sewage flocculation effect, flocculation speed, supernatant liquid status, precipitation effect, etc., to determine the optimal dosage.
3. Dosage and usage of non-ionic polyacrylamide
The recommended proportioning concentration is 0.1%, and the dissolution time is about 50 minutes. The usage method is the same as that of anionic polyacrylamide.
