Mud Precipitator Polyacrylamide Usage Ratio
Mud precipitator polyacrylamide usage ratio, mud wastewater contains larger particles and higher concentration. When using the mud precipitator, the ratio of water is generally between 0.1%-0.3%. After dissolving into a glue-like liquid, it is added to the sludge to precipitate the suspended matter in the sewage. Since mud sewage is a suspended matter containing fine mud particles in water and has a high mud content, it is recommended to do a small test in the early stage to determine the addition ratio.
Mud precipitator polyacrylamide usage method
1. When using the mud precipitator, it can be prepared into a 0.01%-0.05% concentration aqueous solution. It is advisable to use neutral water without salt impurities.
2. Sprinkle the mud precipitator product evenly into the stirred water, and control the stirring speed at 100-300rpm. Appropriate heating (<60℃) can accelerate dissolution.
3. Adjust the pH value of the treated liquid so that the mud precipitator product can fully play its role. Select the appropriate pH value and product dosage through experiments.
4. When adding the mud precipitator product solution, the mixing with the treated liquid should be accelerated. After the flocculants appear, the stirring speed can be slowed down to facilitate the growth of flocculants and accelerate sedimentation.
Mud precipitator polyacrylamide is mainly used in mines and sand washing plants. It can precipitate mud and is one of the more commonly used flocculants in water treatment.
