1. Water pressure problem. Sometimes due to insufficient water supply pressure, the dissolving funnel of the material feeder cannot deliver the polyacrylamide agent into the preparation pool, resulting in blockage. The solution is to use a water pump to increase the water pressure.

2. It is recommended that the sludge dewatered polyacrylamide solution be prepared and used immediately to prevent it from being left for too long and affecting the treatment effect.

3. When cleaning the container, all aspects of cleaning should be done, so that the impurities adhering to the wall of the drum can be better removed and the drum can have a balanced rotation speed.

4. Adjust the operating frequency of the dehydrator regularly. When the dehydrator vibrates violently, you should immediately stop feeding materials again and clear the dehydrator before proceeding to the next step.

5. During water purification, the concentration of sewage sludge is relatively high. At this time, it is best to let the sewage stand for a period of time, and then extract the clean solution above to increase the sludge concentration for treatment.
